Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of deftmade.store and purchases from DeftMade, operated by Dopamine Company (도파민 컴퍼니) in the Republic of Korea. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Online Store Terms
You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your place of residence. You may not use the site or our products for an unlawful purpose, violate another person’s rights, transmit malicious code, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.
Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Because some items are handmade or use natural materials, minor variations in color, grain, finish, pattern, brushwork, or dimensions may occur and do not necessarily constitute a defect. Product availability and quantities may change without notice.
Custom Orders
Before submitting a custom order, you are responsible for confirming all requested sizes, colors, wording, patterns, quantities, images, and other specifications.
Errors in customer-provided spelling, measurements, image quality, files, or instructions are generally not product defects. Once custom specifications have been approved and production has started, the order normally cannot be canceled or changed.
Prices, Orders, and Payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the site and may change without notice. Shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown before checkout.
We may refuse or cancel an order when information is inaccurate, stock is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, fraud is suspected, or the order violates these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount collected.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping estimates and import information are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Account and Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information so that we can process your purchase and contact you when necessary.
Third-Party Services and Links
Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, delivery, fulfillment, or marketing services. Third-party services and websites are governed by their own terms and policies.
Intellectual Property
Site content, including text, photographs, graphics, branding, and product designs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude liability or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
Changes and Severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the site. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
