Shipping Origin
Depending on product inventory and the delivery destination, orders are dispatched from South Korea or from our partner warehouse in China. The shipping origin does not change the product specifications, order support, or the customer rights described in our policies.
Delivery Estimates
The estimated total delivery time is typically 7–14 days from order placement to delivery. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time, which will be stated on the product page, in the order confirmation, or in our communication with you.
Delivery may take longer because of inventory availability, destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, or peak periods.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for shipped orders whenever available. Tracking information may take a short time to update after dispatch. A shipment may be transferred between carriers during international transit.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Customs, Taxes, and Duties
Import rules vary by destination. Taxes, duties, clearance charges, carrier handling fees, or other destination-specific charges that are not collected at checkout may be charged by the local customs authority or carrier. Unless checkout expressly states that we cover a charge, the customer is responsible for these destination charges.
Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate recipient name, shipping address, postal code, and telephone number. Contact us promptly if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer.
Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us at lzn550@gmail.com with your order number and relevant evidence. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
