Shipping origin

Depending on product inventory and the delivery destination, orders are dispatched from South Korea or from our partner warehouse in China. The shipping origin does not change the product specifications, order support, or the customer rights described in our policies.

Delivery estimates

The estimated total delivery time is typically 7–14 days from order placement to delivery. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.

Delivery times can vary depending on the destination, product availability, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, holidays, and peak periods.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for shipped orders whenever available. Tracking updates can take a short time to appear after dispatch, and international shipments may be transferred between carriers.

Taxes and import duties

Import rules vary by destination. Taxes, duties, clearance charges, carrier handling fees, or other destination-specific charges that are not collected at checkout may be charged by the local customs authority or carrier. Unless checkout expressly states that we cover a charge, the customer is responsible for these destination charges.

Damaged, incorrect, or defective orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, incomplete, defective, or materially different from an approved customization, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, exchange, or refund, including reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

Other return requests

Please contact us before sending anything back. Standard, non-custom items may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind cancellation, return, or exchange once the specifications have been approved and production has started, except where the item is damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from the approved customization.
